Former “Home Improvement” star Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested in Oregon on Saturday, accused of attempting to strangle his girlfriend, according to reviews.
Police in Eugene, Ore., went to Bryan’s residence Friday evening following a report from a neighbor of a “physical dispute.” Bryan, 39, was found outside an condominium even though his girlfriend, 27, was inside a neighboring a single, according to E News.
He was booked into the Lane County Jail and faces costs that include “strangulation, assault in the fourth degree and interfering with making a report,” law enforcement said, according to OregonLive.com.

Bryan allegedly “assaulted the victim, impeded her respiratory, and [took] the victim’s cell phone from her when she attempted to connect with 911,” law enforcement instructed E News.
Bryan performed Brad Taylor, the oldest son of Tim “The Resource Man” Taylor, the character performed by Tim Allen on the popular sitcom, which ran from 1991-1999. Bryan has acted intermittently considering that then, together with a purpose in 2006’s “The Rapid and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.” He also operates as a producer.
